604 Real Estate Services was established in 1989 to provide real estate services in the Lower Mainland. In 2006, the company purchased Barker Ross & Associates Ltd. and assumed a portfolio of strata properties that has been steadily growing each year. The company operates a boutique-style enterprise where an experienced staff of qualified personnel offers expertise in various facets of property management, and where personal attention is guaranteed.

604 Real Estate is a strong and proud supporter of Canucks Place, Walk for Breast Cancer, and Make a Wish Foundation of BC and Yukon (SPFK).

PEOPLE

Kevin Duguid is the driving force behind the success of 604 Real Estate Services Inc. He has a passion for real estate and a strong determination to raise the bar in quality leadership and management of multi-unit dwellings.

Born and raised in Winnipeg where the Duguid name is well known in professional sports and politics, Kevin learned early on the value of teamwork and community involvement. Growing up in a family of five boys, he also learned that to have a competitive edge, you need to excel in your chosen field, show leadership and forge strong connections. Kevin is an example of these principles in action.

Whether it’s a start-up operation or a complex council issue, Kevin’s leadership is direct, firm and reliable. He faces issues head-on and finds solutions to the most complex challenges while always keeping the big picture in mind. Whether on the rink or in the boardroom, Kevin is a team player who never loses sight of the greater good. He is at times a leader, an advisor, a planner or a regulator depending on the particular needs of his clients. And his clients come first – not the bottom line.
